General description:
Give the ability to view inside your sample to see critical internal metallic structure, features and defects.Like a CAT-scan (computer aided tomography) at the micron scale, tridimensional image can be generated and manipulated to isolate defects.

- The field of view can be increased in mosaic mode by scanning the sample and stitching single frames into a large image. The field of view in mosaic is limited by the computer system
- 3D Tomographic volume: Cube with same dimension as 2D field of view
- 2D exposure time: <1 second to 1 minute depending on sample contrast
- 3D dataset collection time: 5 minutes to a few hours depending on sample contrast
- Reconstruction engine: When data acquisition is completed, 3D reconstructed volume will be available for analysis in minutes.
- High contrast, ultrahigh resolution, 40x detector
- 4-axis tomography motorized precision sample stage with 360 ˚ capability
