| MODÈLE | Autopore V |
Mercury intrusion porosimetry provides a wide range of information, such as the pore size distribution, the total pore volume the porosity, the skeletal and apparent density, and the specific surface area of a sample. The AutoPore V provides measurements of pore sizes from 500 μm down to 3 nm. This instrument offers a high-resolution analysis for macroporous and mesoporous materials allowing tighter quality control and providing detailed data, both for mercury intrusion and extrusion. The AutoPore V was conceived to complies with the requirements of ASTM D4284, D4404, and D6761, as well as ISO 15901-1.
The AutoPore V is ideal for pore size characterization of a wide range of samples from research and industrial sectors such as: building and packaging materials, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, and catalysts. It is possible to use this prosimeter in systems from aerospace, geosciences, medical implants, and electrochemical systems.
